The electroglam duo of Caitlin Stokes and Brendan Ashley – a.k.a. Corlyx – has joined forces with Finnish goth artist Suzi Sabotage for the band’s latest single, “Kill Cave.” With Stokes helming the direction and editing of the accompanying music video, shot by Stokes and Ashley in Italy, the song’s lyrical narrative addresses “tales of witchy women throughout history,” calling for those that have been marginalized and misunderstood to find beauty in the midst of darkness. Calling the collaboration “an unforgettable, wonderfully berserk experience,” Sabotage praises Corlyx’s talent , stating that she handpicked the song “because it immediately took my breath away.” Stokes echoes the sentiment saying, “front women rarely collaborate, and I think we need to see more of this; our unique beauty in harmony is powerful and enchanting.”

Also appearing in the video is Davide Rocco, who performed bass on the track; produced by Stokes and Ashley, with the latter responsible for mixing and mastering, the song serves as the second single from the band’s forthcoming album, following up on “Wasted and Alone,” released in September. Due to arrive in 2024 via Out of Line Music, the new Corlyx album will follow up on the band’s acclaimed 2022 album Blood in the Disco. This past July saw the release of Suzi Sabotage’s “Love at First Bite” single,
