Tim Muddiman and The Strange release fourth single, music videoIn anticipation of the commercial release of the band’s debut album, Paradise Runs Deeper, Tim Muddiman and The Strange has unveiled a music video for “Glass Queen,” the album’s fourth single. Directed and edited by Muddiman with Adam Fitch of Incline Creative Media and new collaborator Aasen Stephenson of Death House, Muddiman says of the new video, “It’s dark, humorous,” and “even has elements of The Happy Mondays, taxidermy, dance, and a blood bath.” The single will be released on August 6 with Believe Digital and will include a bluesy reworking of the debut “Wildwood Blue Stone” single, as well as remixes by Lee Hawkins and Systemasystem. Paradise Runs Deeper was successfully funded via PledgeMusic campaign; the band is slated to perform the entire album on September 4 at The Lexington in London. Muddiman is best known for his work with Gary Numan and Pop Will Eat Itself; of his mate, Numan states, “I’ve watched Tim Muddiman and The Strange grow from a nervous idea into a beautifully crafted musical creation.”
