PIG announces remix album, UK tour with Mortiis

Having returned after a long absence in 2015, industrial/rock Reverend Raymond Watts – better known as PIG – will be releasing the Swine & Punishment remix companion to 2016’s acclaimed The Gospel. The album features remixes by such dedicated deviant disciples as SKOLD, Android Lust, KANGA, London After Midnight, Tweaker, Inertia, and more. In addition, the album will featured the original track “Violence,” originally available only on the self-released Rise & Repent vinyl companion. Swine & Punishment will be released on May 5, 2017; pre-orders for the album are available via Storming the Base and the Metropolis Records Webstore.
In addition, dates have been announced for the upcoming Swing & Punishment UK tour, with PIG co-headlining with fellow industrial/rock act Mortiis. The tour begins on Friday, March 10 in Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms and continues until Saturday, March 18 at The Garage in London; additional tour dates and pre-show VIP meet-and-greet packages are available via the PIG website.
As well, PIG has been confirmed as a headliner at this year’s Terminus Festival, taking place from July 28-30 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; other acts confirmed for this year’s festival include Bella Morte and The Rain Within (both bands fronted by Andy Deane), and Glass Apple Bonzai. Tickets for the festival are now available via the Terminus website.
