German electro/industrial band In Strict Confidence, having released two singles to tide fans over, has announced the release date for the band’s latest album, The Hardest Heart, on November 25. The choice of singles is representative of the album as a whole, embodying the group’s pursuit of the new while remaining true to its roots; “Everything Must Change” is bursting with classic electro/EBM elements that longtime fans will appreciate, while “Somebody Else’s Dream” has a dramatic emotional kick. The The Hardest Heart‘s 12 tracks run the course from deeply melancholic to electronically aggressive and boldly danceable. The album will be available as a standard CD, double CD box set, and will also mark the first ISC album on vinyl, which will include bonus tracks and a digital download code. The box set includes the classic 1997 album Face the Fear on an MC/cassette, an ISC condom, two pins, and a collection of stickers and postcards. Pre-orders for all formats are available now via the band’s website.
