CHANT announces upcoming album, partners with WTII RecordsIndustrial/rock act CHANT has announced the release of a new album, titled Brave New Apocalypse, due out on August 7. This marks the band’s third release, written and produced by Bradley Bills with additional mixing by KMFDM’s Sascha Konietzko, and featuring guest performances by KMFDM’s Jules Hodgson, live CHANT member Kristopher Robin (also of Guild), Patrick McManis of Evil Mothers, and Seek Irony’s Adam Donovan. In addition, the band has signed a distribution deal with WTII Records; according to Bills, “CHANT has partnered with a label who we feel is one of the most artist driven organizations out there today.”
Pre-orders and previews for Brave New Apocalypse are now available via the CHANT and WTII Records websites. CHANT will be touring with KMFDM throughout the summer on the Salvation Tour 2015, marking the band’s third consecutive tour with the Ultra-Heavy Beat. In addition, CHANT will make its debut in the UK at the Infest UK festival alongside Cocksure and Project Pitchfork.
