Cracknation announces summer release schedule
Cracknation Records announced the early summer release of the new DJ? Acucrack album Mako vs. Geist. It will be followed immediately by the debut album from Acumen side project Fawn. Cracknation Records has also announced a new relationship with Basic Recordings in the United Kingdom, who will be eagerly releasing the first DJ? Acucrack vinyl slab, also in the summer.
Hot on the heels of those releases, preparation has already begun on an ancient and unreleased album of Acumen Nation oldies, circa 1990-1993. These tracks blister with early creativity and represent the Acumen sound in the three years prior to their Transmissions from Eville debut album.
As if this isn't enough, the Nation is in the studio writing new tracks and will commence recording this summer. Yes, the new Acumen Nation album is already in the works, and early reports indicate it will be faster, louder and uglier than any of its predecessors.
